Terms of Service

1. The Service

StyleFrame AI lets you upload a photo of a person and an image of a garment, and generates an AI-created preview ("try-on") of how that garment might look on that person. The Service is provided as a preview and experimentation tool and is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

The Service is currently a proof of concept. Features may change, be limited, or be withdrawn at any time, and we do not guarantee any particular availability, uptime, or result.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not use the Service to:

• Upload a photo of any person without that person’s knowledge and consent, or any image of a minor.
• Upload content you do not have the rights to use, including copyrighted garment imagery or photographs you do not own or are not licensed to use.
• Create content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, hateful, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to identify, surveil, or harm any individual, or to create misleading or deceptive imagery of a real person.
• Interfere with, probe, or attempt to bypass the security, access controls, or rate limits of the Service.

4. AI-generated output

Try-on images and size estimates are generated by automated models and are synthetic approximations. They may be inaccurate, unrealistic, or misrepresent the garment, fit, colour, or the person. They are not a guarantee of how a garment will actually look, fit, or size, and must not be relied upon for purchasing, medical, safety, or other consequential decisions.

You are responsible for how you use any output you generate, including ensuring it is not presented in a misleading way.

5. Your content and rights

You retain any rights you hold in the images you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process those images solely to provide the Service to you – for example, to transmit them to our AI processing providers and return a result. We do not claim ownership of your uploads or outputs.

Uploaded images are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are deleted after your session or the applicable retention window.

6. Third-party processing

The Service uses third-party AI providers (including fal.ai and the model providers it hosts) to generate try-on results and remove image backgrounds. By using the Service you acknowledge that your uploaded images are transmitted to these providers for processing. Your use may also be subject to those providers’ terms.

7. Intellectual property

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
