What we do not collect

Ordinary shop visits are anonymous and expire shortly after you close the page.
What we actually collect
- Your uploaded photoIt is processed to generate the try-on composite. It is deleted automatically when the session expires or when you hit "start over".
- Anonymous step countsWe record that a visit reached a given step of the try-on, and in which shop. It is tied only to a random id that is thrown away when you close the tab, and it is kept for up to 180 days so the shop can see how the try-on is performing.
- Public-demo phone registrationThe full number is encrypted, a keyed digest prevents duplicate allowances, and a 30-day browser credential avoids asking again. It is not linked to your photos or garments.
The lifecycle of a photo

Upload
You take a photo or choose one from your camera roll.

On-device check
Before uploading, your phone checks if the lighting and pose are good enough.

Generation
The photo is sent to our processors. The try-on image is created.

Auto-deletion
Your original photo is deleted. The generated image expires in 10 minutes.
Third-party processors
We build the try-on software, but we use specialized cloud providers to run the heavy AI models securely and quickly.
Your photo is temporarily processed by fal.ai and OpenAI on servers located in the United States.
We instruct our providers to keep your photos private to our account and to delete them within an hour. Your photos are never used to train their models, and are never sold or passed to advertisers.
