This Privacy Policy explains how [COMPANY NAME] ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use the StyleFrame AI virtual try-on service ("Service"). We have designed the Service to collect as little as possible and to delete uploaded images quickly.

1. Information we process

Images you upload – the person photo and garment image you provide to generate a try-on.
Generated results – the try-on images produced from your uploads, held only long enough to show them to you.
Optional inputs – details you choose to enter, such as height, weight, and clothing type for a size estimate.
Access credential – a preview access password is stored in your browser’s local storage so you are not repeatedly prompted. It is not shared with third parties beyond authenticating you to our backend.

2. How we use it

We process your uploaded images and inputs solely to provide the Service – that is, to generate the try-on preview and any size estimate you request, and to show the result back to you. We do not use your images to train models, and we do not sell your data.

3. Processing in your browser

Several checks – including detecting whether a photo contains a clear, front-facing person and estimating body proportions – run entirely in your browser using on-device models. The images used for these checks are not sent to us for that purpose.

4. Third-party processors

To generate try-on results and remove image backgrounds, your uploaded images are transmitted to our third-party AI processing providers (including fal.ai and the model providers it hosts). These providers process the images to return a result. We select providers that we consider appropriate for this purpose, but their handling of data is also governed by their own policies.

5. Retention and deletion

Uploaded images and generated results are temporary. They are deleted when you choose "Start over", when your session ends, or after the applicable retention window – whichever comes first. We do not maintain a long-term library of your uploads.

6. No accounts or tracking

The Service does not require an account and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details of the limited browser storage we use.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights over your personal data, such as the rights to access, correct, or delete it. Because uploads are deleted rapidly and we hold no account, we typically hold very little about you. To make a request or ask a question, contact [CONTACT EMAIL].
